Evidently, Tommy Lee Jones...is the BOSS... Boss is a brand of canned coffee (hot or cold at the vending machine).
There's something funny about seeing TLJ on the front of a Vending Machine...
You see what you want (top), you insert cash (middle) and then they bring it to you (bottom).
Very efficient and very good food...for 830 Yen.
